He partnered with brands to leverage the right ad products and create meaningful connections with TikTok’s unique creative community. He believes the most effective work has an authentic, emotional core that truly resonates with people. Before transitioning to the tech sector, Kinney spent two decades in advertising. He has both won and judged at the industry’s top award shows and was named to Adweek’s “Creative 100,” recognizing inventive talent across marketing, media, and technology. Above all, he believes in making work for humans, not robots.
