Karime Castillo is an award-winning Creative Director with over 17 years of experience creating culturally driven ideas, integrated campaigns and social first storytelling across LATAM.

She began her career specializing in Art Direction, eventually evolving into Creative Direction through a strong focus on digital culture, strategic thinking and integrated creative leadership. Throughout her career, she has worked with global brands including Visa, Gillette, Mercedes-Benz, Oreo, Ritz, Cadillac, Audi, Takis, Ninja and Shark, collaborating with agencies such as VaynerMedia and Leo Burnett.
Passionate about the intersection of culture, entertainment and creativity, Karime specializes in transforming digital behaviors, platform insights and audience data into ideas and stories that genuinely connect with people’s everyday lives.

Her work blends emotionally resonant storytelling with social first innovation, always looking for new ways to connect brands with how people actually live, create, cook, celebrate and express themselves today.
