The Creative LIAisons program is not your typical award show experience. Instead of a party with free drinks and a long award show ceremony, LIA decided to spend its resources on bringing young creatives from around the world for a full week of valuable experiences. It shows how much they care about the future of our industry and how committed they are into helping shape the new roster of talent.
From panels with industry leaders to judging sessions, the week was inspiring and full of learnings. Some of them were to be a sponge by absorbing as much information as we can, to set goals and reassess every six months and to learn to love selling. Some surprising learnings were to avoid as many meetings as we can and to be the dumbest person in the room, because ignorance is the foundation of learning.
I’m grateful to have had this opportunity and I want to thank again everyone who was involved in making this program happen.
