It’s very hard to find anything negative to say about the week in Vegas.
The speakers were varied and all interesting. Their disciplines transcended all the various channels and skills needed in the creative industry and every talk had a different angle and personality.
Ted Royer, Bob Isherwood and Chris Smith were all especially insightful and entertaining.
The seminar program was great.
The judging was fascinating from start to finish. It was great to be able to ask questions. As it’s a closed process being able to sit in on it was a real privilege, and one that I consider myself very lucky to have had.
The Cocktail Party
Great fun and great to meet some of the Global Creative Directors and Executive Creative Directors from agencies in London and around the world.
The experience overall was an absolute treat and one that I consider myself very lucky to have been chosen for. Being able to travel, and meet like-minded people is one of the great things about advertising (especially for the junior creatives) so I think the LIA’s program is one of the most progressive and selfless awards bodies and one that I hope will continue for years to come. Thanks for having me.
