About Chris:
Chris Beresford-Hill is the President of Ogilvy Advertising North America, taking responsibility for the business and creative product across the region.

He previously spent four years as Chief Creative Officer, leading a transformation at TBWA\Chiat\Day New York, resulting in the most creative awards in the agency’s history, doubling the size of the business, and earring top spots on the AdAge Agency A-List and Fast Co’s Most Innovative lists, and ADWEEK Network of the Year. 
Individually, Chris has been back-to-back finalist for AdAge’s CCO of the year, and finalist for Campaign US Creative Person of the Year.

Prior to TBWA, Chris spent 8 years as ECD at BBDO New York, steering some of the agency’s most iconic work, helping the office earn multiple AdAge A-List and ADWEEK Agency of the Year honors, and Network of the Year honors at Cannes. His breakthrough work also helped Guinness become Clio Advertiser of the Year and Foot Locker reach its highest share price in history.

Chris previously held Creative Director and Writer positions at Saatchi NY, Goodby, Silverstein SF, and Modernista! in Boston. He has lead creative on brands like Adidas, Pepsi, Nissan, TD Bank, Facebook, Foot Locker, Guinness, Twix, Budweiser, HBO and AT&T. His work has received every creative award, including personally winning over 50 lions for work he has written. He has been included in ADWEEK Best Creatives, the ADWEEK 100, Business Insider’s Most Creative People in Advertising, and the AdAge 40 Under 40… back when he was under 40.
