And in 2016, she was named CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi New York. During her five-year tenure she successfully expanded and diversified the client base and revitalized the creative reputation of the agency.
Throughout her career, Andrea has effectively built highly-diverse teams that deliver powerful creative solutions for complex business challenges. Under her leadership, her teams have transformed clients’ businesses for multiple global brands including Tide, Olay and Walmart while earning numerous creative and effectiveness awards along the way from top award festivals, including Effies, Cannes Lions, D&AD, The Clios, The One Show and more.
In 2018, Andrea was selected by Ad Age as one of 24 “Women to Watch,” recognizing her ability to create change in the industry by building diverse teams that focus on delivering impactful creativity across all channels. She was also appointed to the Creative Effectiveness Jury at Cannes Lions in 2019, and subsequently named Co-Chair of the US Effie Grand Jury in 2020.
