About Perry:
Perry Fair serves as the Head of Creative for Integrated Marketing Communications at Mattel with a keen focus on driving fandom for Mattel's brands globally, overseeing creative strategy and execution for campaigns across more than 30 power brands including Barbie, Hot Wheels, UNO, Fisher Price, Monster High and Masters of the Universe. In this role he leads both internal teams and external agencies, as well as integrating marketing efforts across AI, social, content, and traditional advertising.
Fair is one of the few people in marketing and advertising, who has worked across virtually every vertical in the industry. He has experience in multicultural, traditional, digital, social, experiential, events, branded content, and entertainment. Perry has worked agency-side as President, Chief Creative Officer, and Chief Digital Officer, as well as client-side as Global Head of Brand, Global Head of Creative, Head of Partnerships, and Global Head of Production and Events in some of the world's most premier organization. In the entertainment sector, Fair led the creation of the pilot for The Shop as VP, Global Head of Creative at Beats by Dr. Dre. He also developed branded content and entertainment properties as Head of Partnerships for Red Bull Media House North America.
Fair has also written and sold a full-length feature, The Four Horsemen, to Intrepid Pictures and Universal Studios.
