About Marjorieth:

As Chief Creative Officer at Philipp und Keuntje in Germany, Marjorieth is responsible for the entire creative output of the group’s offices in Hamburg, Berlin, and Stuttgart. As a half Venezuelan, half Spanish, living and working in Hamburg, Marjorieth is multiculturally minded and a true expert at multitasking and proud mother of two.

She’s a proud member of the Art Directors Club Germany and part of the ADC Europe. Marjorieth has been judging many important International Award Shows such as Cannes, Clio, One Show, and many more besides and has been a member of the Board of the Art Directors Club in Germany and was President of the Design and Package Design Jury at LIA in 2023.
Outside the agency, Marjorieth is a passionate activist in the fight against breast cancer – having successfully beaten the illness herself. A Pink Ribbon Germany Ambassador, she helps others to detect tumors in time and lends support and assistance to those undergoing therapy. These experiences inspired her (and partners) to found “Fuck it I’m Alive” – an organization which shares inspirational portraits of breast cancer survivors. The organization raises awareness for the fact that breast cancer can affect both women and men, while also providing motivation and strength for those living with the condition.

While personal experiences helped her grow, Marjorieth’s professional experience has made her a great creative leader. While studying in the U.S. at the Miami Ad School, she was at Leo Burnett Chicago, focusing on the growing Hispanic market, working for brands such as Disney, The Coca-Cola Company, McDonald’s, and Toys?us. Marjorieth won advertising awards early on in her career, opening the door to agencies in Europe like BBH and Fallon in London, and Jung von Matt in Hamburg – where she had decided to stay.

Marjorieth has guided creative work for global brands such as Audi, Lamborghini Worldwide, Deutsche Telekom, Citroën, Deutsche Bank, and was Executive Creative Director at Heimat-TBWA, leading more than 64 beauty and detergent brands from Henkel Schwarzkopf internationally, prior to becoming CCO at the independent German Agency, Philipp und Keuntje.
Marjorieth describes herself as a “Hybrid Creative”, she sees social media as a tool that’s part of our everyday lives. She also enjoys experimenting with AI and making all of her kids’ dreams come true.
