About Dwayna:
For over 20 years, Dwayna has led brand communications, corporate reputation, and growth strategy for Fortune 500 client portfolios at a few of the world’s leading global agencies. Currently, she serves as Executive Vice President, Consumer Brands for MSL, driving consumer strategy at the speed of culture for today’s top retail, CPG and consumer health tech brands.
Prior to MSL, she was Founder & Chief PRGirl of Haley Communications Group, leading purpose- and culture-fueled strategy at the intersection of company, customer, community and culture for brands including Delta Air Lines, Gilead Sciences, PepsiCo, BET Networks and Victoria’s Secret. Additionally, she previously served as Chief Brand and Communications Officer at the Metro Atlanta Chamber, where she spearheaded the reimagining of its flagship brand, ChooseATL, aggregating the power of Atlanta’s history and its trend-setting future to drive stronger consideration of the region from today’s culturally conscious talent and leading global brands. At Porter Novelli, an agency with a 50-year history pioneering social impact communications, she was previously appointed by the Global CEO as Executive Vice President & North America Growth Lead to drive revenue growth for the agency’s largest geographic territory after years of delivering award-winning work.
Over her career, Dwayna has been honored as PRWeek 40 under 40, PRSA Georgia Chapter 40 under 40 and inducted into the Middle Tennessee State University College of Media and Entertainment’s Hall of Fame (her alma mater). She resides in Marietta with her husband, Bryan, their two little nuggets, Noah and Lillian, and their lovable Black Labrador, King.
