Jackie Lyons is a seasoned media leader with over 20 years of experience shaping communications strategies that drive business growth. In September 2024, she became Chief Planning Officer for North America at Havas Media Network.
She is passionate about harnessing consumer and media insights to unlock growth and has delivered results across industries including automotive, airlines, retail, FMCG, and for global brands such as adidas, Diageo, Mondelez, and the BBC. Prior to her current role, Jackie was Chief Planning Officer in the UK, where she launched the Connected Planning Hub to strengthen integrated planning across agencies. Since joining Havas in 2020, she has been central to the company’s strategic evolution, following senior planning roles at Carat and PHD London.
