As Global Chief Creative Officer of Leo Burnett Worldwide, Mark Tutssel is responsible for setting the company’s creative vision. Mark was recently appointed Creative Chairman of Publicis Communications to lead the group’s unrivaled creative firepower.
Mark has driven Leo Burnett to become the most awarded network in the world based on Advertising Age’s 2015 Awards Report. The network has also topped the Gunn Report’s “All Gunns Blazing” category for seven of the past eight years, leading the industry in new-world thinking. One of the most awarded creatives in the industry and named by Campaign Magazine as the 'No. 1 Worldwide Creative Director', Mark has won 533 Cannes Lions, including seven Grand Prix, three Titanium Lions, three Glass Lions, the first ever D&AD White Pencil, and a Black Pencil during his tenure as Global CCO. He has had the honour of chairing the world’s greatest award shows, and is one of the only creative directors in the world to serve as a Cannes Lions Jury President four times. He sits on the Facebook Creative Council, the One Show Board of Directors and is a member of the Royal Society of Arts.
