The best shows have the best judges. Like attracts like.

So, appointing the right judges is a serious business. LIA puts careful thought and consideration into selecting the best frontline practitioners to sit on the juries. Every year, the jury members are high-profile professionals from diverse communities internationally; each accomplished in their field and acclaimed by their counterparts in the industry. Having a diversified jury (DEI) across the world - companies, networks, holding companies, independent companies to clients means having different points of view that would eventually lead to the best work being funneled through.

There is a big weight of responsibility to push the most notable work to the top. That’s why, in the interest of total fairness, every jury member must see every piece of work from the get-go. No pre-judging off-site. And any juror who has a vested interest in a piece of work must abstain.

Linda Cronin is a distinguished media and marketing professional with a record of driving exceptional business growth and overseeing high-profile accounts across diverse industries, including CPG, retail, travel, and B2B tech. 
 
With extensive experience in working leadership roles with top-tier organizations such as Coca-Cola, Salesforce, Home Depot, Keurig Dr Pepper, and CARE, Linda has demonstrated her expertise in developing and executing innovative, data-driven strategies. Prior to joining Monks as EVP, Global Head of Media, Linda served as Global Managing Partner at Initiative for the Salesforce client globally, achieving significant organic growth. She also has a personal passion for inclusivity and served on Initiative's DE&I leadership team.
 
Her tenure at Coca-Cola saw her pioneering integrated marketing processes and overseeing major media strategies for iconic campaigns. Known for her inclusive leadership and ability to cultivate high-performing teams, Linda's work has been recognized with numerous industry awards, including multiple Effies and Festival of Media honors.   
 
She lives in Westchester, NY with her husband Tim, two children Joe (22 years old), Jessica (21 years old) and two dogs Whiskey (German Shepherd/Pitbull mix) and Brandy (Belgian Malinois).
