Geoff Edwards is Managing Director, Creative, at GALE | Business Agency that has received top industry awards, including Ad Age’s Business Transformation Agency of the Year, Adweek’s U.S. Media Agency of the Year and Campaign US’ Advertising Agency of the Year.
During his tenure at GALE, Geoff has been instrumental in revamping a variety of clients for the modern era, from Hard Rock to MilkPEP and more. His work on MilkPEP, helped reverse a sales decline of dairy milk that had persisted for over a decade.
Prior to GALE, Geoff held top creative leadership positions at TBWA/Media Arts Lab, R/GA, CAA, TAG McCann, and SPIKE/DDB – an agency he cofounded alongside friend and filmmaker Spike Lee. At Media Arts Lab, the bespoke agency for Apple, he architected the launch of Apple TV+, as well as, oversaw the Apple Music, Apple Pay, Apple Card, and AirPods Pro divisions. While at TAG McCann, Geoff worked on the creative campaign “Believe” for the video game Halo 3–which became the highest-grossing video game launch in history.
A passionate storyteller, innovator, and team builder, Geoff is one of the most awarded creatives in the industry today, having received two Cannes Lions Grand Prix awards, two Emmy nominations, a D&AD Integrated Yellow Pencil, LIAs, a Gold Effie, and “Best In Show” awards at The One Club for Creativity, ANDYs, Clios and Webbys.
Additionally, Geoff was named to the inaugural Ad Age’s Creativity 50, Adweek's Creative 100, Campaign US’ 40 over 40, and Adweek’s Creative All-Stars. He also served as the President of the 2024 Cannes Lions Entertainment Jury, President of the 2024 inaugural One Club Branded Entertainment Jury, and President of the 2022 Branded Entertainment Jury for LIA. In 2025, he was appointed to the Advertising Club of New York’s list of “Rockstars.”
His thought leadership has been published in the New York Times, Forbes, Fast Company, Harvard Business Review, Hollywood Reporter, USA Today, Cannes Lions Daily and more. In 2016, Geoff co-founded the non-profit SATURDAY MORNING.
