Ronald joined MRM in 2021 to lead their global creative charge to help businesses win by building meaningful relationships with people. A firm believer of creativity being a collaborative 'team sport', he partners with MRM’s leaders and clients to connect the dots between strategy, technology, data and commerce, supercharging it all with creative innovation.
 
Across creative leadership roles, Ronald has a unique record of consistently transforming networks into world-class creative brands. As Chief Creative Officer of BBDO/Proximity Malaysia and Singapore, both offices made it into the Global Won and WARC (previously Gunn) Reports’ World’s Top 15 agencies lists three times, produced work that were ranked No.1 globally twice and inducted into the Clio Awards Hall of Fame. As Digitas Global CCO, he led the network to winning Grand Prix in the WARC Marketing Effectiveness Awards, two Cannes Lions Grands Prix in Creative Data and Pharma, and earning a ranking of No.1 Digital Agency in the World in the WARC 100 report. At Isobar, he helped steer the network to their most successful year ever at the 2019 Cannes Lions with Gold in eCommerce and multiple top honors. Ronald's work has also been included in the permanent archives of the Museum of Modern Art.
 
In 2022, Ronald will serve as London International Awards Jury President in the media of Evolution and the inaugural Creativity in the Metaverse. He will also serve as Jury President at the Cannes Creative Business Transformation Lions and AICP Awards Creative Data category.
 
Ronald lives in New Jersey with his wife, Carmen, and his toughest clients ever, Jonah and Noah Ng.
