This special edition of Transatlantic, hosted by Simone Nobili, brings you Season 2 featuring the oceans of 17 new Jury Presidents!

Renamed Ocean's Seventeen in honor of the 2007 film, Ocean's 13 directed by Steven Soderbergh that was set in Vegas, this season was recorded live at Encore @ Wynn, Las Vegas, from 7th October to 15th October 2023, running concurrently with LIA judging.

In a room where red was the dominant color and casino chips were scattered across a coffee table, Simone used "The 7 Seas Interview" format to dive deep into the lives and works of his guests, bringing to the surface undiscovered stories.

Season 2, Episode 11 features Marjorieth Sanmartin, Chief Creative Officer at Philipp und Keuntje, Hamburg.

Attendees Share Their Experience at 2023 London International Awards Creative LIAisons Program

Attendees Share Their Experience at the 2023 London International Awards Creative LIAisons program that was held in Las Vegas, from 8th through 11th October, 2023 in tandem with London International Awards - LIA judging.

"I don't know any other awards show that would really focus on creative talent and want to nurture them or enhance their skills and make them better and every talk has been very inspiring. These are four days of networking and workshops. I met so many people and have new contacts in my phone. That's what we need as a young creative. We need connection, we need networking, we need motivation and these speakers were doing a great job." - 2023 Mentee, Seine Kongruangkit, Art Director, AKQA Bloom, Miami

"To me the most interesting part of the program was to witness the jury and to see the behind the curtains of the awards - how does it work, how do they debate the ideas, how do the discussions go." - 2023 Mentee, Henrique Lamenha, Associate Creative Director, Le Pub APAC, Singapore

LIA created this exclusive and sought after Creative LIAisons educational initiative in 2012, as a way of giving back to the industry that supports us. Our mission is to develop, educate, inspire and nurture emerging talent. That in a nutshell is the driving purpose behind the Creative LIAisons initiative.

The goal is to give young creatives from around the globe, access to learn from the most experienced and awarded people working in our industry and related businesses. This game-changing training academy is a powerful springboard for the current and next generation of talent. Consisting of both onsite and virtual programs, approximately 300 Creative LIAisons Mentees participate annually.

The Creative LIAisons onsite program, funded by LIA, runs concurrently with LIA Judging annually in Las Vegas. The program features seminars, panel discussions, workshops, a networking party and the unique and invaluable opportunity to observe statue discussions as they occur in real-time. LIA is the only global festival that offers this.

One of the unique features of Creative LIAisons in Las Vegas is its campus-like atmosphere, offering emerging talent unfettered access to the leaders of the industry. The festival by virtue of its smaller size is contained, congenial and conducive for interpersonal interactions, networking and making life-long connections. Attendees have ample opportunity to network with and have one-on-one conversations with jurors and speakers, learning from top creatives from around the world, as well as each other.

LIA welcomes a global contingent of approximately 125 emerging talents to Las Vegas for this educational training program. There are no delegate fees and LIA covers travel and hotel accommodation. As a result, attendance is extremely competitive.
