This special edition of Transatlantic, hosted by Simone Nobili, brings you Season 2 featuring the oceans of 17 new Jury Presidents!
 
Renamed Ocean's Seventeen in honor of the 2007 film, Ocean's 13 directed by Steven Soderbergh that was set in Vegas, this season was recorded live at Encore @ Wynn, Las Vegas, from 7th October to 15th October 2023, running concurrently with LIA judging.
 
In a room where red was the dominant color and casino chips were scattered across a coffee table, Simone used "The 7 Seas Interview" format to dive deep into the lives and works of his guests, bringing to the surface undiscovered stories.
 
Season 2, Episode 12 features Oriel Davis-Lyons, Chief Creative Officer at Mother, New York.
 
A chef turned advertising creative, thriving on uncertainty. If Oriel's soul had an ocean floor, he would dive down and resurface from the waters holding a knife and a duck à l’orange.

Judy John, Global Chief Creative Officer of Edelman was a 2023 London International Awards - LIA, Creativity in PR Jury President and Creative LIAisons Coach/Mentor. Judy speaks about the importance and benefits of the LIA Creative LIAisons program to the industry. She encourages other leaders to become mentors, other companies to to have their emerging talent participate in Creative LIAisons and highlights the importance of adding a virtual program that allows LIA to have an even larger global reach within the creative community helping young creatives from all markets expand their skills.
 

What began as a vision in 2012, became a zeal which crystallized into the Creative LIAisons Global Coaching Academy. LIA created this exclusive and sought after educational initiative, as a way of giving back to the industry that supports us. Our mission is to develop, educate, inspire and nurture emerging talent. That in a nutshell is the driving purpose behind Creative LIAisons
 

The goal is to give young creatives from around the globe, access to learn from the most experienced and awarded people working in our industry and related businesses. This game-changing training academy is a powerful springboard for the current and next generation of talent. Consisting of both onsite and virtual programs, approximately 300 Creative LIAisons mentees participate annually.
 

The industry has praised Creative LIAisons as being an invaluable training tool for emerging talent. As a testament to how truly valuable this experience is, a number of past attendees quickly rose through the ranks to become high level creatives, company owners, or hold managerial positions at some of the world’s best known agencies, tech companies and brands. An elite few have been invited back as LIA Jurors or as Creative LIAisons Coaches.
