AND THE WINNERS ARE...

 

Are you ready? After three days of rigorous judging, we now unveil our first batch of Winners and Finalists. As the quest for the world’s best creative work heats up, more industry icons arrive in Las Vegas to judge entries in the Non-Traditional; Production & Post-Production and Music Video; Digital and Use of Social Media & Influencers; and Design and Package Design categories. Stay tuned over the next few days as more winners and finalists are announced as each jury completes judging.

 

Barbara Levy, President of LIA, said, “This year, we are seeing a lot of strong work in many categories. The judges spent three days deliberating, discussing and deciding which work should be awarded. We are seeing a lot of surprising ideas that will still be inspiring for years to come.”

The Creativity in B2B jury went on to award the Grand LIA to FCB New York’s “Spreadbeats” for Spotify. The jury awarded a total of 27 Statues including: 1 Grand LIA, 9 Gold, 8 Silver, and 9 Bronze statues, as well as 9 Finalists.

In the Creativity in PR Category, the Jury awarded a total of 39 Statues including two Grand LIAs. Ogilvy New York is awarded a Grand LIA for their work for CeraVe Skincare “Michael CeraVe”.

A Public Service/Charity/NGO Grand LIA was awarded for Transgender Day of Visibility “In Transit” to IPG Health New York. 

 

The Creativity In PR Jury has  awarded 2 Grand LIAs, 7 Gold Statues, 12 Silver, and 18 Bronze, as well as, 12 Finalists.

The Music & Sound Jury awarded a Grand LIA for Sydney Opera House titled “Play It Safe” to The Monkeys, Part of Accenture Song, Sydney. The Jury arrived at the decision to award 38 Statues including 4 Gold, 13 Silver, and 20 Bronze Statues. They also awarded 19 Finalists.

AMBIENT & ACTIVATION, BILLBOARD, POSTER AND PRINT
THREE GRAND LIAs AWARDED

The Jury designated to the categories of Ambient & Activation, Billboard, Poster and Print awarded 35 statues in Ambient & Activation; 40 Statues for Billboard entries; 28 Statues in Poster and 27 Statues in Print.

 

The Ambient & Activation Grand LIA, was awarded to Rethink, Toronto for “Coors Lights Out”. 13 Gold Statues, 9 Silver, 12 Bronze, as well as 8 Finalists were also awarded.

In the Billboard Category, the jury awarded Colenso BBDO Auckland the Grand LIA for the “Adoptable. By PEDIGREE”. 19 Gold Statue winners; 12 Silver; 8 Bronze; with 4 Finalists awarded as well.

The Jury awarded a Grand LIA in the Poster category to JCDecaux “Meet Marina Priesto” entered by DAVID Madrid. Additionally, 10 Gold, 13 Silver, 4 Bronze Statues, and 6 Finalists in the Poster Category.

In the Print category, Diestel and the Jury awarded 8 Gold, 11 Silver and 8 Bronze statues, there were also seven Finalists awarded. A Grand LIA was not awarded in the Print Category this year.
