McCann Worldgroup Philippines and TBWA\Santiago Mangada Puno win nine Statues for PH at the 2017 London International Awards

McCann Worldgroup Philippines once again bagged awards for Radio & Audio work at the 2017 London International Awards (LIA). The agency won the country’s lone Gold Statue for “Dim Dads - Pedro” for client Maggi Magic Sarap. 
 
LIA, one of the most prestigious awards shows in Advertising, Digital, Technology driven work, Health & Pharma and Branded Entertainment, today announced the 2017 winners. The 32nd Annual LIA judging was held at Encore at Wynn Las Vegas, convening over a 10-day period. The Juries, led by their respective Jury Presidents, viewed and scored every entry within their medium, ensuring that all the work was judged equally. 
 
This year the Philippines brought home 9 of the coveted LIA statues - 1 Gold, 3 Silver and 5 Bronze.  The country also attained 1 Finalist.
 
McCann WorldGroup received one Gold, one Silver and five Bronze LIAs and one Finalist, giving the agency the Philippine’s highest statue count at LIA 2017. TBWA\Santiago Mangada Puno brought home two Silver LIAs for “Correcting History” for The Campaign Against the Return of the Marcoses to Malacanang or CARMMA.

Our highly esteemed juries worked diligently, they visited and revisited each piece of shortlisted work again and again. Kudos to all the winners for producing some of the finest work released in the world this year.”
