(New York, 8th November, 2022) Today, London International Awards (LIA), continuing its tradition of a total focus on creativity reveals its 2022 Global and Regional of The Year Winners.  
 
LIA has the highest calibre of jurors from across the globe. All rounds of judging were done onsite in Las Vegas. Our judging process has no pre-judging. Each juror sees every piece of work in their respective Categories. Each jury, along with their President, convened in their judging room to discuss and debate thoroughly before deciding on the Winners. This ensures that all work was judged equally through careful deliberations and robust discussions.
 
Of The Year Awards are calculated based on a point system allocated to the winning work chosen by the Juries across all competitions. LIA uses the creative credits that are input at the time of entry to award those points, regardless of the entrant.
 
Ogilvy was named both Global Network of The Year and Regional Network of The Year for South America. Ogilvy Honduras, Tegucigalpa contributed to Ogilvy winning this prestigious award by bringing home the first Grand LIA to Honduras. Ogilvy Honduras was awarded the Creativity in PR Public Service/Social Responsibility Grand LIA for Grupo Estratégico PAE titled “Morning After Island”. The same piece of work was awarded Gold Statues by two different juries, Creativity in PR and Ambient & Activation. DAVID São Paulo, DAVID Buenos Aires, Ogilvy La Paz, Ogilvy São Paulo and DAVID Bogotá also contributed to Ogilvy being awarded Network of The Year.
 
Ogilvy Honduras, Tegucigalpa was named the 2022 Regional Agency of The Year for South America. This triple honor of winning a Grand LIA and two Gold Statues deserves special mention as it is the first win for Ogilvy Honduras in the history of the show.
 
Barbara Levy, President of LIA, said, “To win for the first time is already big news. But to win the first Grand LIA ever for Honduras raises the bar stratospheric heights. In fact, they achieved a hattrick with a Grand LIA and two Gold for their work “Morning After Island”.  The judges loved it! We anticipate more good work from this region next year. Congratulations!”
 
The Youth, Curitiba was named Regional Production Company of The Year, points were awarded for work they produced for Horizon FCB Dubai (2 statues) and IPG Health (6 statues).
 
Studios Machina being named Regional Post-Production Company of The Year, they were credited for winning work entered by DDB México, including two Grand LIAs.
 
Canja Audio Culture was named Global Music & Sound Company of The Year, points were awarded for music they produced for Area 23, An IPG Health Company (13 statues); FCB Health São Paulo (1 statue); Grey New York (2 statues) and Havas Health & You Brazil (2 statues). They were also named Regional Music & Sound Company of The Year for South America.

In total, 754 LIA statues and 230 finalists were awarded to 45 countries with the United States leading with 254 wins, followed by Germany with 87, the United Kingdom with 53 and India with 37 statue winners.
