CANADA COLLECTS 43 STATUES at 2021 LONDON INTERNATIONAL AWARDS

No Fixed Address Named Regional Independent Agency Of The Year for North America

(New York, 17th November 2021) The prestigious London International Awards (LIA), continuing its tradition of a total focus on creativity is pleased to reveal its 2021 winners from across 25 media.

LIA, which was created for creatives, awarded 16 Grand LIAs, 148 Gold, 332 Silver and 467 Bronze winners. There were also 340 finalists who made the shortlist. The high caliber judges from across the planet judged virtually over several weeks; each juror viewed and scored every entry within their medium before meeting together in virtual judging rooms.  Each jury along with their president convened virtually for the final round of judging to decide the trophy winners and ensure all work was judged equally through careful deliberations and robust discussions.

Barbara Levy, President of LIA, said: “Canada won Gold in a media where very few Golds were awarded. And winning across the other media is a clear demonstration of the power of creativity there.”

Notes to the editor:
London International Awards (LIA) is a global festival honoring creativity and new ideas in Advertising, Production, Digital, Design, Health & Medical, Music & Sound, Technology and Branded Entertainment. The awards, founded in 1986 by President Barbara Levy, began by honoring advertising in the realms of Cinema, Television, Print and Radio, evolving since its inception into 22 unique media types. It was the first truly international advertising awards of its kind to acknowledge all media and methods from all over the world to be judged by a diverse global jury. Every member on each Jury Panel, including the Jury President, judges all entries, excluding their own work, in their respective media. Each Jury has the discretion to award a Grand LIA within the media they are judging.
