A true cross-discipline brand builder for the modern marketing age, Leslie has a proven ability to create cultural moments on behalf of clients. Leslie now oversees Ogilvy USA’s creative team, driving creative vision for the agency’s top clients including IBM, Ikea, Kimberly Clark and Nationwide.

Prior to joining Ogilvy in 2018, Leslie was Chief Creative Officer for VMLY&R North America, where she drove significant growth and elevated the agency’s profile with clients including the U.S. Census and the U.S. Navy. There she partnered with clients such as Amtrak, Pepperidge Farm, the Miss America Organization, Special Olympics, Xerox, Office Depot, Pfizer, Sanofi and Optimum’s Altice to guide them in today’s cultural landscape and build breakthrough creativity into everything they do.
Prior to Y&R, Leslie spent 17 years at McCann and rose through the ranks, creating the “Easy Button” for Staples and leading the launch of Nature Valley “Trail View” – a digital preservation platform for the US National Parks.
In addition to racking up almost every major creative accolade worth winning–her work has been recognized with Cannes Lions, LIAs, Clios, Webby Awards, ADC, One Show, ANDYs, ADDYs, Communication Arts, and a Gold Jay Chiat Award. She has been named to Adweek’s list of “Top 10 CCOs in the U.S.,” and to Business Insider’s “Most Creative Women in Advertising.” She was selected as a Cannes Lions film judge in 2016 and Glass Lions judge in 2017.
