Her outstanding creative output, with numerous award-winning campaigns over the past 20 years made her one of Germany best-known creative leaders (in Germany and around the world). Her campaigns shaped the face of Jung von Matt as an agency, making her also one of the best-known players of Jung von Matt among marketing executives in German business. This success led to being named and honored as Germany's Agency Person 2019 at the prestigious Horizont Award and "Braveheart=" Award in 2023.
Besides creative excellence and together with her team making her clients successful, Dörte is strongly committed to women and diversity issues. Dörte is the first female president of the Art Directors Club Germany (ADC) and is now in the third year. She has reformed the ADC and moved it forward in two main directions "diversity first" and the motto: "You can Change the world with creativity" (ADC Festival Topic 2023).
Dörte is one of the most awarded creatives in Germany including Grand Prixs - in 2022 she recently won a Gold and other Lions in Cannes.
She has won hundreds of awards with her teams in all national and international award shows.
Jung von Matt was two times awarded as independent agency of the year in Cannes and in the NY Festival and as regional agency in NYF, LIA and others.
She and her team significantly contributed to these achievements.
Her commitment to Awards Juries: Dörte sat for many years (since 2002) yearly in all international award shows (including jury chairwoman and festival president at the Eurobest, ADC of Europe and ADC Germany).
