Dagmara Witek-Kusmider is an award-winning Chief Creative Director at Publicis Worldwide Poland and serves as a board member for the K.I.D.S. Children Hospital Innovators' Club Foundation. 
 

In her role at Publicis Worldwide Polska, she oversees an agile team of 38 talented creatives and designers at Publicis Poland, Publicis Lion, and Publicis Health. Her innovation and leadership have contributed to award-winning campaigns that have earned recognition for their creativity and effectiveness at numerous international festivals including the Cannes Lions, Gerety Awards, Eurobest, Cresta, Golden Drum, Comprix, KTR, Innovation, Mixx Awards Europe and Poland, Golden Eagles, Golden Arrow and Effie Awards.
 

She is a graduate of Polish Philology from Warsaw University and holds a Master's degree in Management from HCE in Paris and Warsaw School of Economics. Her education has equipped her to seamlessly blend creativity with a business perspective. 
 

Outside of her professional accomplishments, Dagmara has made significant contributions to the K.I.D.S. Children Hospital Innovators' Club Foundation. As the initiator and author of the foundation's business and marketing strategy, she aids pediatric institutions in transforming into futuristic hospitals through the implementation of new technologies and business know-how. 
 

Dagmara is also a passionate advocate for diversity. She mentors entrepreneurial women starting their own businesses through the Business in Women's Hands program and has collaborated with the Business Leaders Foundation. 
 

On a personal note, Dagmara is the proud mother of two sons and enjoys skiing, reading good books, and exploring new technologies in her spare time.
