Tomás Ostiglia serves as the Executive Creative Director of LOLA MullenLowe Madrid, ranked among the top 10 European agencies of the decade by Cannes Lions. He also holds the position of the 3rd Best Creative Director in the World according to the Cannes Report. In addition, he was named the Best Creative Director in Spain in 2023 by El Ojo de Iberoamérica. With over 20 years of experience, Tomás is a distinguished creative known for crafting effective and award-winning campaigns.
Beginning his career as a copywriter at Ogilvy Buenos Aires, Tomás later moved to Spain to join FCB, where he advanced to the role of Executive Creative Director. He subsequently served as the General Creative Director at Arnold. In 2008, he returned to Argentina as the Chief Creative Officer at TBWA and later founded his own agency, OCG, before returning to Spain to join LOLA MullenLowe in 2014.
Over the past 9 years, Tomás has played a key role in delivering award-winning creative work for brands such as Magnum, Dove, and Burger King, among others. He contributed significantly to the growth of Unilever’s Magnum Ice Cream global account, helping it become a Billion Euro brand.
Throughout his career, Tomás has been involved in building top brands like Axe/Lynx, Lipton, Cornetto, and Bayer. During his time at LOLA, he played a crucial role in the agency winning, Agency of the Year at El Sol multiple times and securing a place among the world's Top 20 at Cannes. He has served on the Cannes Lions Jury twice, as well as on Eurobest, London International Awards twice, El Ojo de Iberoamérica three times, and El Sol twice, among others. Tomás is also a key member of the MullenLowe Group Global Creative Council.
