Phillip Böndel is a highly recognized marketing expert, and in 2023, he was chosen by the leading marketing magazine HORIZONT for the '40 under 40' list of influential personalities in marketing, media, tech, and agencies.
 

After several successful years as a consultant for Germany's well-known rappers, including Kool Savas, Eko Fresh, and AZAD, he expanded the digital department of the renowned creative agency BUTTER from 2014 onwards. He was appointed to its management in late 2017 and is now a coowner & CMO of the agency. 
 

Since 2019, Böndel has also served as a board member of the General Association of Communication Agencies (GWA). Starting in 2020, Böndel co-hosted 100 episodes of the successful business and career podcast 'LRNINGS' under the Handelsblatt Media Group. He was also a co-author of the book 'Erfolgsformel Hiphop,' published by CAMPUS Verlag in 2021.
 

Since early 2021, Böndel has been the co-founder and CEO of THE AMBITION, Germany's first consulting company for Hiphop culture. The client list includes renowned international brands in FMCG, automotive, retail, lifestyle, and beauty. Additionally, the company was awarded 'Best Agency' in the 'Newcomer' and 'Best Focused' categories by 70 CMOs in both 2022 and 2023.
