Based in New York, today she leads FleishmanHillard’s global growth function and Creative and Planning, including the introduction of ‘Bend the World’ – the agency’s unique point of view and ambition for creative, focused on producing transformative work and transformative outcomes.
Della has championed the relentless application of data and intelligence, strategy and planning, and earned-led creative, raising the creative output at FleishmanHillard and resulting in consecutive years of enterprise-wide record client acquisition and numerous industry recognitions – among them PRWeek U.S. Agency of the Year 2022, PRWeek Outstanding XL Agency 2022, Campaign Global PR Agency of the Year 2021 and 2020, and PRovoke Global Agency of the Year 2021.
In 2021, she led the Royal Philips win, one of the year’s biggest and most competitive global integrated reviews, on behalf of Omnicom.
Della is a fierce champion and sponsor for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, women in leadership and emerging talent. She was inducted into the PRWeek Hall of Femme in 2020. Previously based in Southern California, she is originally from Fiji and a proud Mom to Sage and Leilani.
