Maddie Raedts is Founder & Chief Creative Officer at IMA. Maddie has been at the forefront of harnessing the power of international bloggers and digital influencers since 2010, when she played a key role in the development of the fashion inspiration platform Fashiolista.com. After realising the impact of digital influencers in marketing she co-founded IMA with Emilie Tabor at the age of 24.
Together with Emilie, Maddie runs the daily management and leads company strategy for IMA. They lead a young, international team who are responsible for pioneering how brands work with influencers to engage audiences across the globe, with offices in Amsterdam and New York.
As a CCO, Maddie is responsible for advising clients on strategy when working with influencers & talent, while always keeping the match of influencers and aesthetic quality of creative in mind. Throughout her career, she has secured many partnerships and developed concepts for leading brands including Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Samsung, UnderArmour, Bally, PernodRicard and Farfetch.
Maddie was featured on Forbes’ 2017 30under30 Europe: Media list. She was also mentioned in The Drum 2017 ‘50 under 30’ list and the M&M Global Meet the Millennials 2016 list.
