Tim commented, "We had 233 entries, but there could only be two Grand LIAs - for Profit Brands and Not-For-Profit Brands." Tim goes on to discuss how separating those two out and recognizing that these two projects deserve their own judging scheme was a great idea for 2022 and an important distinction on LIA's part.

Pharma & Medical - Craft Jury President 
Collette Douaihy, Global Chief Creative, Officer at Dentsu Health

Collette (Coco) says, "When you are judging craft, you are judging craft first and ideas second." Collette then went on to talk about the trend of animation saying, "The animation and the quality of the pieces really are propelling our industry further, especially in Pharma." She also states, "One of my favorites in the show from a purley pharmaceutical craft perspective was ‘House Rules.’ This piece was a phenomanal piece for script, set design, the craft of the entire campaign... It pushed the boundaries much further than I've seen in years.”

Laura comments, "The consistency of the work was amazing. So it was hard for us to decide the Gold, Silver and Bronze statues." Laura also speaks about her jury discussing whether they were going to award something that represents the present or the future of the industry, and says, "we decided we are going to represent the future.”
