Jay is Co-Founder and ECD of Hundred & Ten, an advertising consultancy helping companies define themselves and accelerate their visions into the future. 

Known for work that blurs the lines between advertising, entertainment, and social good, Jay has made the Adweek Creative 100 and Adweek's list of the 50 most Vital Leaders in Tech, Media, and Marketing.

Under his creative leadership, Saatchi & Saatchi New York was named Creativity’s “Comeback Agency of the Year”.  

 

At Leo Burnett in NY, Jay produced a sold out, Off Broadway play for the Village Voice which won Best of Show at the One Show Entertainment awards and he also helped grow upstart Chobani to a billion-dollar brand.

 

In his time down under, Jay helped Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney and Auckland win multiple Agency of the Year titles. He then co-led Leo Burnett Sydney to become one of the top 10 most awarded agencies in the world. 

 

Sadly, he lost his shot at an MTV moon man in a not-so-close race to someone called Beyoncé.
