Valentina is a creative director at Publicis London, and she has worked in the creative industry for over 18 years. She has previously worked at Publicis Milan, BBDO, FCB and Caffeina, an independent Italian agency. She is a board member of the Art Directors Club Italiano and co-founder of SheSays Milan, part of SheSays, a global network for women in the creative industry. During her career, her work has been recognised by numerous advertising awards. She has also been a juror at many international awards, such as The One Show and Cannes Lions.
 

When she is not frantically typing on her keyboard, she is trying to keep her plants alive and playing with Matilde and Ludovica, her two little girls.
