Nikki Chapman is Director of Production at FCB London. Nikki is one of London’s top production leaders and prolific producers. She’s known for leading, inspiring and mentoring young producers in London and has seen many of her team go onto the highest of levels. She looks to find the superpower in every producer and hone their skills to suit their strengths.    
 
With an epic career across agencies, production companies and platform brands she brings a combination of leadership, producer skillsets, craft and a contact list that spans the global production world.    
 
Her leadership role at FCB London includes a 5 year position on their Executive Board and is very much part of the leadership team. Nikki also co-chairs FCB Green and is an advocate in pushing clients on the movement towards more sustainable productions focusing on the goal of net zero by 2050 for all productions.  
 
She has sat on juries globally including the LIA’s in 2023.  This year she’s nominated for a position on the Cannes Craft Jury.
 
Notably her work has picked up numerous accolades across all the global awards with a career high of being part of the FCB London team to win a Titanium at Cannes in 2022 for Dyslexic Thinking.
 
And, when she’s not working she hangs out with her incredible family & husband as well as being a fitness fanatic!
