As TBWA’s lead for Latin America, Damasia oversees TBWA operations across 15 markets and is charged with both advancing TBWA’s position in LATAM, as well as maximizing the opportunities the dynamic region brings to TBWA. 
 

Steadfast in her belief that creativity is the biggest differential in business, she works closely with the CCO’s in her region, fostering an open and collaborative creative culture across Latin America.
 

A native of Argentina, Damasia began her tenure at TBWA in Buenos Aires in 2006, before relocating to Miami in 2012 and later to New York. With a background that spans creative, strategy, digital and business leadership roles, she’s worked across some of the world’s most admired global and local brands, and is uniquely equipped to apply creative thinking to business challenges.  
 

Damasia is a board member of Omniwomen New York. She is also the co-founder of Colectiva, a coaching and leadership program for female talent in Latin America, where she is the mentor of many future bosses.  
 

Damasia has served as a judge of many festivals, including Cannes Lions, Effie and El Ojo Festival as the most recent ones.
 

She currently lives in New York with her husband, their toddler, and the best of them all: Coco the dog.
