After practicing private diplomacy through creative education since 2005, Tedi opted for formal diplomatic studies and a Master's in Intercultural Management at UNESCO. Teodora currently holds all the credentials to be an ambassador. True to her entrepreneurial and pioneering mindset, she nonetheless chose the private path, by launching Loveandlobby.com, a contemporary approach to 21st-century lobbying for identity beyond cliche, where talents are the most influential voices of one’s national ethos.
When she's not crafting qualitative research on world cultures, making their vibe familiar to those who can't directly access them, she is a marketing consultant, writer, personal branding coach, public speaker, and creativity trainer through The Alternative School, an education platform dedicated to young creatives passionate about visual languages, marketing, and communication, founded in 2005 and highly awarded internationally.
The brands she has managed often reached the top position; the leaders she has advised have undergone remarkable development, publicly celebrated. The students she has mentored have frequently been awarded on the world's major creative stages, while her projects have received recognition: Gold at the European Excellence Award, Stevie Award, Brand Leadership Award, Silver for the Most Passionate Cannes Lions Ambassador, Private Diplomacy Award, Dragan Sakan Award for the impact of creativity in Eastern Europe, People and Ideas Changing Romania for the Better Award by Foreign Policy, and inclusion in the 40 under 40 Managers, coordinated by Business Magazine.
