Davor Bruketa is a well-known creative director and co-owner of the creative agency Bruketa&Žinic&Grey. He founded the agency back in 1995 with Nikola Žinic under the name Bruketa&Žinic OM, and since then, the agency has received more than 600 awards for advertising and design. Advertising Age recognized it as an international Small Agency of the Year, and Campaign ranked it among the world's top independent agencies. The Global Effie Index of Effectiveness also ranked it as the second most effective independent agency. In 2017, Bruketa&Zinic became a part of WPP as a brand and design hub within the global agency group Grey.
 
Bruketa is a permanent member of the New York Cresta Awards jury and has also served as a jury member for other prestigious competitions in the field of marketing communications, such as Cannes Lions, Red Dot, D&AD London, Art Directors Club New York, New York Festivals, Graphis, Young Guns, and OneScreen New York. He was the first person from Southeast Europe to chair the jury of the London International Awards. He is also a member of the Board of Scientific Council for Tourism and Urbanism of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts. Additionally, he has served as the president of the Management Board of HURA (Croatian Association of Marketing Communications Agencies), and was a member of the Working Group of the President of the Republic of Croatia for the development of the identity and brand of the Republic of Croatia.
