Balancing between two different cultures and identities, Bill Yom established his creative career in his hometown Hamburg, Germany and is based in Seoul. Bill believes that creativity has the power to change and influence society and its cultures for good. Before founding Jung von Matt Hangang as the Chief Creative Officer, he was working and leading numerous creatives teams at agencies such as BBDO/Interone, Serviceplan, Cheil Worldwide and Cheil Greater China for global brands such as Samsung, Volkswagen China, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Dot, Sulwhasoo and Krafton PUBG.

His Work has also been honoured continuously at international Awards Shows with Grand Prix, Gold, Silver, Bronze Trophies at D&AD (Black, White, Yellow, Graphite-Pencil), London International Awards, New York Festivals, The One Show, Clio Awards, ADC Europe, Spikes Asia, Eurobest and of course at Cannes Lions.

To date he has been leading the Cannes Lions Innovation Jury as the first ever Jury President from South Korea and also took charge as the Jury President for Spikes Asia Creative eCommerce and Brand Activation. He has been ranked among the Top 100 Creatives in APAC Region and Top 3 Creatives of South Korea.
