Natxo is a leading creative director, who's passionate about the industry work, creative technology and business transformation. As Global Head of Craft he is responsible for all health creative execution and craft for VML across all territories. He is a member of the global executive creative board for VML Health and a member of the EMEA executive creative board for VML. 
Under his creative leadership, VML Health has been named as Health Agency of the year in Spain by El Publicista (2021, 2022 and 2023) as well as the #2 creative agency in Spain over all categories. His campaign ‘Sugar Kids’ was named most awarded campaign in Spain in 2022 across both FMCG and Health categories. He is ranked as #5 CCO globally for pharma by the One Show (2023) and his work has been recognized with over 300 awards in the main award shows including Cannes Lions, Clios, LIA, Eurobest, One Show, ADC, NYFestivals or El Ojo. He is a prolific juror for the main international festivals such as The One Show, Clios, Eurobest, Dubai Lynx, El Ojo and ADSTARS, and he has been president of the jury at Clio Health, Aspid Awards and Salud Festival. Natxo is the only creative included in the MM+M’s 40Under40 2024 class, that recognizes the best young talent in the healthcare industry. 
He has worked with clients such as Telefónica, Movistar, Endesa, Spanish Red Cross, Repsol, Toyota, SAP, DHL, Warner Bros and the Spanish Ministry of Defense. In the pharma space, he has worked with clients including Pfizer, GSK, AstraZeneca, Merk, MSD, Beiersdorf, Reckitt Benckiser, J&J, Boehringer Ingelheim, Lilly, Novo Nordisk, Takeda, Daiichi Sankyo, Biogen and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
