Rita is a creative leader with 14 years of experience in the advertising industry.
She believes that great campaigns have to be both creative and effective. A great example is that her branded content campaign against domestic violence won creative and effectiveness grand prix at the same time.
Her work has been awarded at major international festivals including NY Festival, Cresta, Webby Awards, Golden Drum and Piaf.
At the Cannes Lions Hackathon in 2019 she and her team were selected to the top 6 out 200 teams, showcasing their work on stage.
She helped her agency – ACG Budapest - win the most creative agency in Hungary three times and the most effective independent agency in the world twice (based on the global Effie ranking).
Supporting and nourishing young talent means a lot to her. She is a mentor of young talent and a representative of KrU (a program dedicated to the next generation of creatives).
