Global Chief Creative Officer

Sarah has worked at Turner Duckworth for over 25 years. She’s currently the Global Chief Creative Officer, but started her career in the metaphorical mail room of the London studio. She has a passion for building iconic brands with visual identities to match, but it’s her understanding of what makes humans human and her belief that things can always be better that gets her out of bed in the morning. Sarah has served multiple consecutive years as a D&AD Impact Council member and is a regular fixture on the judging circuit. She’s authored a number of industry thought pieces and is never short of an opinion. Her ability to blend creativity with strategic thinking has earned her multiple accolades, including awards from prestigious institutions such as the Cannes Lions and the Grammys. She knows the best ideas are often hidden in the most unlikely places and she’s on a quest to uncover them all.
I’d like to think that I was lucky to be assigned three talented, driven and utterly lovely individuals, but I have a feeling that the program attracts these types of people in general.
Talking to Lindsey, India and Harry, became a real highlight in my day. Each of them so unique, but united in a desire to drive creativity, fight the ever increasing forces of mediocrity and do great things.
The label of “Coach” doesn’t accurately capture how much I gained from the program. I learned so much from what motivates and drives them to succeed, from their thoughts and beliefs on the future of the creative industry. It was an inspiring experience.
I’d encourage everyone to apply.
As a coach you’ll learn more than you think as you provide a unique brand of support to people who need it and more importantly welcome it.
As talent seeking help and counsel, it comes judgement free. Advice that isn’t attached to internal projects or politics. You have the opportunity to be who you are, no holds barred."
