Amy has made her mark championing innovation, collaboration and inclusion in the creative industry for more than 20 years. Her unique perspective and blend of technology with marketing, product design, and brand identity has helped her earn over 100 industry awards and recognitions, including being named one of Campaign’s Most Inspiring Women in 2024. She believes that passion and curiosity drive change and creativity provides us with a unique opportunity to help shape brands.
From early 2020 to 2024, Amy was Code and Theory’s first-ever Chief Creative Officer, where she grew, nurtured, and led a global team of 150+. During that time, Code and Theory was awarded Ad Age's Business Transformation Agency of the Year, which is notable for the impactful, results-oriented work that Amy helped champion for her clients. In the spring of 2024, she went on to establish her own company.
