Cynthia has more than 25 years of experience as an art director, director, and creative director. Her drive to uncover the human truth behind every idea and a passion for exploring new ways to spark, connect, and resonate those truths got her inducted into The DTC Perspectives Hall of Fame in 2018 and the recipient of The Vangard Award in 2023.
After receiving her BFA in advertising design from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, Cynthia returned to her native New York and began working at Ogilvy on American Express and KLM Airlines and Tiffany & Co. She moved on to work at Gotham & DMB&B on many iconic brands, such as Pampers, Aleve, Liz Claiborne, Maybelline. In 2001, Cynthia joined FCB, working on JP Morgan Chase, Clairol, Kraft, and Starbucks. With the highly successful launch of “The Age of Fosamax” campaign for Merck’s osteoporosis drug, Fosamax, she moved over to healthcare.
Her vast experience spans many health categories from Immunology, rare diseases, gastrointestinal disease, mental health, Alzheimer’s disease, osteoporosis, infectious disease, women’s contraception, epilepsy, oncology, and cancer immunotherapy for brands such as, Paxlovid, Litfulo, Cibinqo, Ultomiris, Tecentriq, Paragard, Plan B One-Step, Cymbalta, and Narcan. She is the proud recipient of numerous awards including the DTC Perspectives, MM&M, Clios, and the Effies.
